Butterfly Journey Wins at Atlanta Children’s Film Festival

K2 Studios is pleased to announce that Butterfly Journey has been selected for the Atlanta Children's Film Festival 2025.

The Atlanta Children's Film Festival promotes positive, educational, and entertaining children's and family-oriented films. This educational and fun film festival is two weeks of eye-opening and exciting activities which include film screenings, media literacy and video production workshops for children, teens and independent producers. The next festival is scheduled for October 10 – 26, 2025.

UPDATE [October 26, 2025]: Butterfly Journey, from the filmmakers of Fungi: The Web of Life, takes home “Best Documentary” at Atlanta Children’s Film Festival 2025. This follows the film’s win of “Best Children’s Film” at the prestigious Wildlife Film Festival Rotterdam.
